2 cups Balsamic Vinegar (641131)


In a sauce pan, reduce balsamic vinegar to the thickness of honey; set aside; allow to cool. Season beef patties with garlic salt and pepper before grilling; place cheese slices on burgers about 2 minutes before finished to allow cheese to melt. While burgers are cooking, bake garlic toast in a 350º oven or on grill. Top garlic toast with cooked cheese-topped burger. Place two tomato slices on top; season with kosher salt and black pepper.  Garnish with fresh basil and a drizzle of reduced balsamic vinegar.
